Welcome to FXB.AI ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our Offerwall script ("the Script"). By accessing our website or purchasing our Script, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site and its services.

1. License and Script Usage

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Script on a single domain that you own and have registered with us. This license is for your sole use and cannot be sublicensed, sold, or reassigned.

  • Prohibited Actions: You are strictly forbidden from redistributing, reselling, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to crack the Script's license protection. Any such attempt will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license without refund and may subject you to legal action for damages.
  • Liability for Breach: You are solely responsible for any and all unauthorized use of the Script originating from your account or license key. You agree to indemnify FXB.AI against any damages, losses, or legal fees incurred as a result of your breach of these terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once the Script has been purchased and the license key delivered, we will not issue any refunds, under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute with your payment provider.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Guarantees

The Script is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Script will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

  • No Guarantee of Approval: While our Script is designed to assist you in creating a professional Offerwall platform, we provide no guarantee whatsoever that you will be accepted by any third-party Offerwall networks (e.g., AdGateMedia, AdscendMedia, etc.). Acceptance into these networks is at their sole discretion and depends on numerous factors including your business experience, traffic quality, and compliance with their policies, for which we are not responsible.
  • No Guarantee of Income: We make no promises or guarantees regarding any potential income or revenue you may or may not generate from using the Script. Your financial success is dependent on your own effort, business strategy, and market conditions.

4. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for the operation of your website and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, data privacy laws (like GDPR, CCPA), tax laws, and business regulations. You agree to hold FXB.AI harmless from any legal claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Script.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our services, without notice and without refund, if you are found to be in breach of these Terms. This includes any fraudulent activity, attempts to bypass our licensing system, or violation of intellectual property rights.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
